LSP1 is an intracellular F-actin bindingprotein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils,macrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility,adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelialmigration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms.
