图像	Anti-CTSD Antibody at 1:2000 dilution + U-251 MG whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 44 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. liver section using CTSD Antibody(AMM02467G). AM2221B was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining. CTSD Antibody(Cat. AMM02467G) western blot analysis in MCF-7,U251,HepG2 cell line lysates (35μg/lane).This demonstrates the CTSD antibody detected the CTSD protein (arrow).
