功能	Proteasome-associated deubiquitinase which releases ubiquitin from the proteasome targeted ubiquitinated proteins. Ensures the regeneration of ubiquitin at the proteasome. Is a reversibly associated subunit of the proteasome and a large fraction of proteasome-free protein exists within the cell. Required for the degradation of the chemokine receptor CXCR4 which is critical for CXCL12-induced cell chemotaxis. Serves also as a physiological inhibitor of endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) under the non-stressed condition by inhibiting the degradation of unfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins via interaction with ERN1. Indispensable for synaptic development and function at neuromuscular junctions (NMJs).

储存条件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

图像	Overlay histogram showing Jurkat cells stained with AM2220B(green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10 min. The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (AM2220B, 1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37?C. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Mouse IgG, DyLight? 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed(OJ192088) at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37?C. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was mouse IgG1 (1μg/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed. USP14 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. AMM02466G) western blot analysis in k562,Jurkat cell line ,mouse brain abd rat brain tissue lysates (35μg/lane).This demonstrates the USP14 antibody detected the USP14 protein (arrow).
