功能	Associates with a variety of FcR alpha chains to form a functional signaling complex. Regulates several aspects of the immune response. The gamma subunit has a critical role in allowing the IgE Fc receptor to reach the cell surface. Also involved in collagen-mediated platelet activation and in neutrophil activation mediated by integrin.
总结	The high affinity IgE receptor is a key molecule involvedin allergic reactions. It is a tetramer composed of 1 alpha, 1beta, and 2 gamma chains. The gamma chains are also subunits ofother Fc receptors.

A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining. Western blot analysis of lysate from human spleen tissue lysate, using FCER1G Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR04490G). APR04490G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane. Western blot analysis of lysate from human spleen tissue lysate, using FCER1G Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR04490G). APR04490G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
