功能	Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner. When bound to KRT17, regulates protein synthesis and epithelial cell growth by stimulating Akt/mTOR pathway. May also regulate MDM2 autoubiquitination and degradation and thereby activate p53/TP53.

图像	Western blot analysis of lysates from A431,Hela cell line (from left to right), using SFN Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR17856G). APR17856G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 20ug per lane. SFN antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR17856G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the SFN antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of SFN Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR17856G) with A549 cell followed by Alexa Fluor搴?488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
