功能	Regulates intra- and extracellular levels of inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi), probably functioning as PPi transporter.
总结	ANKH is a multipass transmembrane protein that is expressed in joints and other tissues and controls pyrophosphate levels in cultured cells. Progressive ankylosis-mediated control of pyrophosphate levels has been suggested as a possible mechanism regulating tissue calcification and susceptibility to arthritis in higher animals.

图像	Anti-ANKH Antibody (C-term) at 1:1000 dilution + U-2OS whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 54 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of ANKH Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR14929G) in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ANKH (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. ANKH Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR14929G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the ANKH Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
