图像	Western blot analysis of lysates from MCF-7, NCI-H460 cell line (from left to right), using TAZ Antibody (N-term)( APR10352G). APR10352G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane. Western blot analysis of TAZ Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR10352G) in MDA-MB231, NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). TAZ (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with TAZ Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
