功能	Negative regulator of TLR4 signaling. Does not activate JNK1/MAPK8 pathway, p38/MAPK14, nor ERK2/MAPK1 pathways.
总结	Mixed-lineage kinases (MLKs) function as mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinases (MAP3Ks), activating the p38 and JNK signaling cascades. Systematic mutational analyses of tyrosine kinases reveal that a minimum of 30% of colorectal cancer contain at least one mutation in the tyrosine kinases; sampling of colorect cancer cells suggest an important role of MLK4 in this process.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

图像	Western blot analysis of lysates from K562, Ramos cell line (from left to right), using MLK4 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. APR17393G). APR17393G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue reacted with MLK4 antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR17393G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
