图像	Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela, 293T cell line (from left to right), using EPHA10 Antibody (N-term)( APR11845G). APR11845G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane. Western blot analysis of EPHA10 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR11845G) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). EPHA10 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of EPHA10 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal EPHA10 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR11845G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the EPHA10 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).(2ug/ml)
