APR06103G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes cells using HLA-B Antibody (N-term) (green, APR06103G) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG (blue). APR06103G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Western blot analysis of lysates from CEM, HL-60, Jurkat, Ramos cell line (from left to right), using HLA-B Antibody (N-term)(APR06103G). APR06103G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
