图像	Western blot analysis of PRUNE Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR06190G) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PRUNE (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. PRUNE Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR06190G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PRUNE Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. PRUNE Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR06190G) flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
