Western blot analysis of KLRC2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR06108G) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). KLRC2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. KLRC2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR06108G) flow cytometric analysis of HL60 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
