总结	PDGFRL bears significant sequence similarity to the ligand binding domain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta. Mutations in the PDGFRL gene, or deletion of a chromosomal segment containing this gene, are associated with sporadic hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, and non-small cell lung cancers. This suggests PDGFRL may function as a tumor suppressor.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma reacted with PDGFRL antibody (C-term) (Cat.APR05988G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
