总结	PCSK2 belongs to the subtilisin-like proprotein convertase family. The members of this family are proprotein convertases that process latent precursor proteins into their biologically active products. This protein is a proinsulin-processing enzyme that plays a key role in regulating insulin biosynthesis. The protein is also known to cleave proopiomelanocortin, proenkephalin, prodynorphin and proluteinizing-hormone-releasing hormone.

图像	Anti-PCSK2 Antibody (N-term) at 1:1000 dilution + TT whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 71 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of PCSK2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05953G) in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates (35ug/lane). PCSK2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PCSK2 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
