图像	Western blot analysis of lysate from MAD-MB-231 cell line, using USP17 Antibody (C-term)(APR05653G). APR05653G was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug. USP17 Antibody (C-term) (Cat.APR05653G) western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the USP17 antibody detected the USP17 protein (arrow). USP17 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR05653G) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
