Western blot analysis of STX3 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal STX3 Antibody (Center) (Cat.APR05082G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the STX3 gene.
