总结	Tight junctions represent one mode of cell-to-celladhesion in epithelial or endothelial cell sheets, formingcontinuous seals around cells and serving as a physical barrier toprevent solutes and water from passing freely through theparacellular space. The protein encoded by this immunoglobulinsuperfamily gene member is localized in the tight junctions betweenhigh endothelial cells. It acts as an adhesive ligand forinteracting with a variety of immune cell types and may play a rolein lymphocyte homing to secondary lymphoid organs. [provided byRefSeq].
储存条件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

图像	Western blot analysis of lysate from A431 cell line, using JAM2 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. APR03925G). APR03925G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane. JAM2 Antibody (N-term) (APR03925G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human placenta tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of JAM2 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
