功能	E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating the ubiquitination, endocytosis and subsequent degradation of Wnt receptor complex components Frizzled. Acts on both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Acts as a tumor suppressor in the intestinal stem cell zone by inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby resticting the size of the intestinal stem cell zone.
总结	RNF43 is a HAP95 (AKAP8L; MIM 609475) binding ubiquitinligase that promotes cell growth and is upregulated in colon cancer(Yagyu et al., 2004 [PubMed 15492824]; Sugiura et al., 2008 [PubMed18313049]).

APR03789G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of RNF43 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
