功能	Important in the maintenance of hemostasis, it promotes adhesion of platelets to the sites of vascular injury by forming a molecular bridge between sub-endothelial collagen matrix and platelet-surface receptor complex GPIb-IX-V. Also acts as a chaperone for coagulation factor VIII, delivering it to the site of injury, stabilizing its heterodimeric structure and protecting it from premature clearance from plasma.

储存条件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

图像	Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using VWF(green, AMM02506G) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1(blue). AP20600c was diluted at 1:100 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488 goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. kidney section using VWF( AMM02506G). AMM02506G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. Western blot analysis of lysate from VWF protein, using VWF Antibody(AMM02506G). AMM02506G was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35μg.
