ProcartaPlex™是Affmetrix公司基于Luminex的xMAP技术平台而开发的全面、高效的多因子免疫检测试剂，可用于多种物种的检测：人、大鼠、小鼠、非人灵长类动物、猪、狗。
ProcartaPlex™多因子检测使用磁珠，通过荧光染色的方法对磁珠进行编码，应用时把针对不同检测物的编码磁珠混匀，再加入微量待检测样本（血清、血浆、细胞培养上清液），在悬液中靶分子与磁珠表面交联的捕获分子发生特异性结合，用Luminex仪器读板，进行分类和定量。
ProcartaPlex™多因子免疫检测技术仅需25-50uL样本，即可在单个样本中同时检测分析多达100种分析物，从而获得多种因子含量结果。广泛应用于免于医学、病理与药理、药物筛选及疫苗开发等研究中。
